quick check-in helpful staff great choice

Check in was quick with clear explanations. The staff was very helpful. The room included a fridge plus a coffee machine. Breakfast provided great choices.

The extra payment for parking near the hotel felt slightly expensive.

uncomfortable mattress unclean bathroom

The location was acceptable, just a short walk from the train station.

I was disappointed. The room seemed quite old, I must say. The mattress felt really uncomfortable, and I also noticed the bathroom wasn't very clean. It was quite a letdown.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

poorly fitted sheets crumpled sheets

The location is very near the railway and bus station.

The beds were quite disappointing. The sheets were poorly fitted and constantly bunched up. Housekeeping only pulled the covers taut while leaving the sheets crumpled underneath. I remade the beds every day because the sheets were too small.
